Session 1 - 08.02.2010
First of all we created 10 working groups and created some small webpages. Futher we compared the Master project to the content of the clase. Also we did a organizational chart for a company like Vodafone.
Session 2 - 14.02.2010
This session deals with the topic productivity. Therfor, we calculated some problems about that and created a own one which the other groups should solve.
Session 3 - 22.02.2010
Presentation of the results of the last session. We search for two companies that offer productivity consulting services and compared them to each other, we described the mission, vision and strategy in Regal Marine and also some reasons to Globalize in Sony, Nestle, Gillette and Siemens.
Session 4 - 01.03.2010
The topic of this session is forecasting. Therfor we toke a closer look at the forecasting methods of the Hard Rock Cafe and solved some related exercises.
Session 5 - 08.03.2010
The topic of this session is product and service development. Therefor, we did the exercises discribed in the section classwork.

The session 6 is about Managing Qualtity, then defintion and some different standards which are classifying Qualtity Manangement.
